Currently, Cadillac Mines’ activities at and around the Kerr-Addison and Galloway Projects are limited to exploration and the Company informs local communities and interested parties about its activities and integrates their feedback into the project’s development.
As a responsible Canadian exploration company, Cadillac Mines has developed community engagement principles to guide our efforts and is committed to:
- Ensuring early and ongoing community engagement.
- Providing timely, transparent and publicly-accessible information about Cadillac Mines’ work that addresses issues, concerns and opportunities raised by local rights holders and stakeholders.
- Ensuring decisions being made incorporate feedback from Indigenous rights holders and stakeholder communities.
Reconciliation
Cadillac Mines is committed to building respectful, transparent and collaborative relationships with neighbouring Indigenous Communities and Organizations (ICOs). Through ongoing engagement, the Company seeks to share information regarding its activities and future plans in the region while listening to and understanding the interests, perspectives, expectations and concerns of ICOs relating to the potential development at the Kerr-Addison and Galloway Projects.
At Cadillac Mines, we believe responsible mining means creating long-term value through sustainable exploration, strong partnerships and respect for all the communities where we operate.
