Stephan Iafolla

Stephan Iafolla, CPA, CA brings over 20 years of extensive experience in finance and planning, mergers and acquisitions, project development and risk management within the mining and resource sectors. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) licensed in Ontario, Stephan has held progressively senior leadership roles in financial management and reporting, including Director of Finance at Denison Mines Corp. and Director of Finance and Controller roles at Alamos Gold Inc. and New Gold Inc. Throughout his career, he has served as Controller for companies with market capitalizations in excess of $3 billion and has worked on acquisitions cumulatively valued at more than $2.5 billion.

At Gold Candle, Stephan is responsible for the Company’s financial management and reporting and plays an integral role in strategic financial planning and analysis as Gold Candle advances toward its targeted initial public offering in 2026.

Stephan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Western University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).
