Cadillac Mines Corporation is advancing a growing portfolio of gold and nickel assets strategically positioned along the prolific Cadillac-Larder Lake Break in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt of Ontario and Québec. The Abitibi Greenstone Belt is one of the world’s most prolific gold-producing regions and hosts multiple world-class mining operations and deposits across Ontario and Québec.
The Company’s projects include the historic Kerr-Addison Mine, the emerging Geminid nickel sulphide discovery, the Galloway Gold Project and the proposed Larder Property acquisition. Together, these assets provide exposure to significant resource growth, new discoveries and long-term development potential in one of the world’s most established mining jurisdictions.
Cadillac Mines’ land package now spans more than 20,000 hectares across a highly prospective and infrastructure-rich region known for hosting multiple world-class gold deposits and mining operations.
Through systematic exploration, aggressive drilling and strategic acquisitions, the Company is building a district-scale platform with multiple opportunities for value creation.
Kerr-Addison
Gold Candle has identified 3.3Moz of indicated and 2.3Moz of inferred gold resources at the iconic Kerr-Addison mine in northeastern Ontario, about 650km away from Toronto, Canada. This mine, part of the prolific Abitibi gold belt which extends eastward to Quebec, historically produced 11Moz of gold at an average grade of 9 g/t. It benefits from excellent infrastructure, including major highways, rail and air access, and is surrounded by other mining centres and operating gold mines.
Geminid
The Geminid deposit was discovered in May 2023 during Gold Candle’s first regional exploration drilling campaign. The drill program aimed to test ~3.5km of the Larder Lake -Cadillac Break east of the historic Kerr-Addison gold mine. The discovery hole intersected a 23m wide section of millerite mineralization in ultramafic host rock. Assay results from this intersection averaged to 1.9% nickel over 23m of core length. Upon confirmation of nickel mineralization, a follow-up drill program of 6 drill holes, spaced 75 to 100 m apart, was completed.
Galloway Gold
The Galloway Gold Project is located in the Abitibi region of Quebec along the Cadillac-Larder Lake Break, one of the most prolific gold structures globally. The property covers 2,926 hectares across a 10 km corridor of gold-bearing structures near Rouyn-Noranda and Val-d’Or. Exploration has outlined multiple zones within the “Golden Triangle,” including GP-RB and Hendrick, which demonstrate both near-surface and bulk-tonnage potential. Since 2020, over 40,000 metres of drilling and more than $7 million in exploration work have been completed with a 2023 resource confirming the presence of near-surface gold mineralization.
